Osgood Multi Family Affordable Housing Projects, Phase I and II – Fremont, CA
CaliChi Design Group (CDG) was retained for civil engineering services for an affordable housing complex. Phase I included 112-unit, Phase II included 100- units. Services included Pre-Construction Alta Survey and Topographic Survey. CDG generated on site improvement plans for improvements and prepared all civil engineering sheets. Additionally, CDG supported stakeholder coordination meetings, completion and submittal of Fire Flow Request, Hydrology Calculations and Hydrology Map, Stormwater Plan, SWPP Plan and filing of NOT with California SMARTS website, update Impervious Surface Form, preparations of technical specifications for civil scope, preparation of legal description and map, post construction services and project close-out documentation.
